Meet Pippa, the friendly PiP guide now built into My Village. “Kia ora! I'm Pippa, your PiP guide.” On a tablet showing the My Village Grove Home page, a resident taps Pippa's picture and she starts a tour: “I'll show you around your Home page.” “Whenever you'd like help with a page, tap my picture up here and I'll walk you through it.” In the Dining Room she says: “Welcome to the Dining Room. Here you can see what's on the menu today and for the days ahead.” Every page has its own tour, read aloud step by step. Residents can choose who shows them around: Pippa, Rangi, Mei, George or Sina.
